Results will include positive attitudes and behaviors toward food, achieving your ideal body weight, optimal sports performance, disease prevention and control, and the ability to make healthy food choices at home and while dining out. Greater self-esteem, self-confidence and a great looking, healthier body are also benefits of the program.
